With the announcement that lockdown restrictions could be eased on Monday 12th April, Joel’s Gym has finally gone live!
Having been in the health and fitness industry for more than 25 years, I have become increasingly dismayed by the misinformation and contradictory advice being promoted by many so-called experts, as well as the industries ‘sales culture’ which results in enthusiastic clients losing £’s rather than lbs.
Through Joel’s Gym, I hope to use my knowledge and expertise to work with a number of clients, helping them to understand what works and what doesn’t (…and why!), regardless of their training experience or current state of health or fitness.
